Karen has been fighting the good fight for Maine people since 2002 and is a tough, experienced worker advocate who’s well known in the workers’ compensation community. She’s litigated numerous claims before the Workers’ Compensation Board and obtained substantial settlements on behalf of her clients. Karen focuses her practice on workers’ compensation and accidents. She was born and raised in a small town in Maine and was very close to her grandparents who worked at the now defunct Carlton Woolen Mill. At a very early age she saw how hard work takes its toll, in fact, she grew up watching her grandparents each work two jobs to provide for their family. In fact, as a child Karen would often work beside her grandmother helping her clean the offices of Progressive Iron Works at night. Karen is a fighter who does not back down.
