About Katherine

Attorney Young was born and raised in Antigo and graduated with highest honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2010. She is a 2013 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison and received the Dean’s Academic Achievement Award upon graduation. Her areas of practice are estate planning, wills, trusts, elder law, and probate. While attending law school, Katherine was actively involved in the Elder Law & Estate Planning Society and served as president of the student organization. She also worked for the Elder Law Center where she extensively researched issues concerning guardianships, advance directives and benefits. Katherine also did volunteer work with Wisconsin Judicare, a non-profit law firm serving low-income Wisconsin residents. She gained experience in client counseling and representation through her work with the Family Law Clinic where she worked with practicing attorneys to solve client problems.
