About Kelly

Ms. Jason joined the firm in 2002 and maintains a diverse practice. She concentrates in Commercial and Residential Real Estate and Business law. Ms. Jason has extensive experience representing lenders and businesses, including oil and gas companies, restaurants and marinas, in a wide range of transactional matters, including high value asset based and real estate financing. She also has extensive experience representing clients in trust and estate administration, domestic relations, land court matters, civil litigation and creditor representation in bankruptcy proceedings. Ms. Jason is admitted to practice in Massachusetts state courts, United States District Court, United States Bankruptcy Court and is a Certified Mediator. She is a member of the Barnstable County Bar Association and a participant in the Lawyer of the Day pro bono program. Ms. Jason is a fourth generation Cape Codder and an avid equestrian.
