About Matthew

Attorney Matthew J. Dupuy has been a partner at the Ardito Law Group, formerly known as Ardito, Sweeney, Stusse, Robertson & Dupuy, since 1986. He is a graduate of the Western New England College School of Law and the University of Massachusetts Amherst. With 47 years of legal experience, Matt began practicing law in 1978. Matt’s current practice focuses on Elder Law, including assisting clients in obtaining MassHealth benefits for nursing home coverage, as well as Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and all Probate matters. He is also experienced in Estate Litigation, Real Estate matters, and Superior Court litigation. Since 1981, Attorney Dupuy has been a trial attorney, beginning his litigation career representing criminal defendants through the Bar Advocate Program. He has handled cases in all Massachusetts courts, including the Appeals Court and the Supreme Judicial Court. Attorney Dupuy is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Barnstable County Bar Association. In addition to his legal career, Matt is deeply involved in the Cape Cod community. He has coached various youth sports teams and played a key role in establishing new leagues for softball, basketball, baseball, and soccer to benefit children of all ages.
