About Kevin
Kevin has been an attorney since 1989, spending his first ten years as an Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney in Chicago, Illinois, where he gained extensive trial experience prosecuting felonies. He entered private practice in 1999, focusing on personal injury, worker’s compensation, social security disability, and criminal defense. In 2003, he co-founded Kmiec & Noonan LLC. Kevin has secured millions of dollars for clients and litigated cases in various Wisconsin, Illinois, and Federal courts, as well as handling numerous administrative matters. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Wisconsin Association for Justice, and the Kenosha and Walworth County Bar Association.
