About Theodore
Ted has been a practicing attorney since 1987. He spent 10 years as an Assistant States Attorney in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Chicago, Illinois, gaining extensive courtroom and trial experience in felonies, misdemeanors, and traffic cases. After entering private practice in 1998, he co-founded Kmiec and Noonan LLC in 2003. Ted primarily practices criminal and traffic law and has successfully represented clients in various Wisconsin, Illinois, and Federal courts, as well as in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. He is an active member of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Walworth County Bar Association, and has served as president of the Kenosha Bar Association.
