Kimball A. Forbes is a Partner focusing on homeowners association (HOA) and condominium association law, real estate law, business law, and estate planning and administration. He represents clients in both transactional matters and litigation, advising HOAs on governing documents, governance, and statutory compliance. Kimball also assists individuals and businesses with real estate transactions, property disputes, and title issues, and provides legal guidance for business formation, contracts, and corporate governance. His practice includes estate planning, trusts, wills, and probate. He is a Board Member of the Southern Utah Bar Association and the Utah Community Association Law Section of the Utah Bar.
