William E. Frazier is the Managing Partner at Bangerter Frazier Group. He joined the firm as an associate in 2005, became a partner in 2012, and Managing Partner in 2018. His practice areas include personal injury, business & civil litigation, estate planning & administration, insurance defense, real estate law, mediation, and professional malpractice. He is licensed in California (2003), Nevada (2006), Utah (2007), and Washington (2012). He serves as a Judge Pro Tem Volunteer for the Washington County Justice Court since 2012 and was President of the Southern Utah Bar Association in 2018. He completed mediation training at Harvard University in 2020.
