About Kristen

Kristen A. Klics is a Principal of the firm and serves as the Managing Attorney of our Real Estate Group, where her practice focuses on purchases and sales of residential and commercial properties. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Klics worked as a paralegal until 2001. Upon graduation from law school, she served as a law clerk to the late Honorable Charles Villanueva, J.A.D. in the Civil Division and the then the Honorable Thomas Weisenbeck, J.S.C. in the Family Part in the Morris County Courthouse, Superior Court of New Jersey. Ms. Klics originally joined the firm as an Associate in 2005 and specialized in Real Estate Transactions, including residential purchases and sales, and commercial, short sale and REO transactions. After leaving the firm for a few years to run a successful law firm concentrating in Residential Real Estate, Kristen returned to FSKS in 2023 as the Principal and Managing Attorney for our New Jersey Real Estate practice.
