About Kristian

Kristian A. Krause is an associate attorney who specializes in handling all types of personal injury claims at the firm. Kris graduated from the University of Central Florida with two bachelor’s degrees before attending the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida, where he graduated with honors. Prior to joining Fredson Statmore Bitterman, Kris worked at a mid-sized personal injury law firm for more than ten years, where he represented hundreds of individuals injured in various types of accidents. He has argued and briefed before the New Jersey Supreme Court and the New Jersey Appellate Division. In 2020, he was selected as a fellow of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Leadership Academy, which he completed in 2021. Every year since 2022, Kris has been elected to the New Jersey Super Lawyer Rising Stars* list, a listing of the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in New Jersey who are 40 or younger or have been practicing for less than 10 years. Kris is currently admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey. Currently, at Fredson Statmore Bitterman, Kris handles all types of personal injury cases from inception through settlement or trial.
