About Kristin
Kristin Lomond is an experienced litigator at Isaacs & Isaacs. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Dayton and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. Kristin has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court litigation and appeals, covering personal injury, product liability, warranty claims, premises liability, insurance coverage disputes, insurance bad faith, and drug and medical device litigation. She also served as a law clerk to Judge Martin E. Johnstone. Kristin is admitted to practice in all Kentucky courts, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts of Eastern and Western Kentucky. She is an active member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Louisville Bar Association, and volunteers with the Floyd County Animal Rescue League.
