About Kyle

Kyle Allen is an attorney in our Esquire Law Firm offices in Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona. Before joining our legal team, Allen worked for a smaller personal injury law firm in Scottsdale, Arizona. Allen is part of a big family dynamic and grew up being a go-getter, always wanting to shine among his family. He loves to keep moving and working until his cases are worked to the bone with a compensation result that his clients deserve! Allen believes that the most important thing when taking on client’s cases is to help ease the wrongfully placed burdens on them. As an experienced attorney, Kyle Allen knows how to negotiate on their behalf and never falls for the tricks insurance companies will play; he knows how to beat those tactics. Kyle attended Arizona State, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Asian Languages (Chinese), and Urban Planning. He then attended Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State Law School. During his time in law school, Allen was a clerk in the Federal Court at the United States District Court, reviewing Pro Se motions, analyzing the case law and statutes, and then writing responses for those motions for federal judges’ approval. One of the significant settlements he has won was for a bicyclist who was hit while exiting a gas station! He was able to get his client a six-figure settlement. In Kyle’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and newborn son, watching sports, playing outside, or taking long trips.
