Rayven R. Garcia, Esq, is an associate personal injury attorney at Esquire Law’s Phoenix, AZ office. She has been helping victims of auto accidents, slip and falls, workers’ compensation, and other personal injury cases since 2018. Attorney Garcia is fearless in tackling challenging cases. One of her proudest moments was winning her first $1 Million settlement in 2022. In another instance, she won $100,000 for her client in a loss of use case. Before joining Esquire Law, Garcia was a plaintiff’s lawyer, seeking justice for people who suffer injuries and trauma through no fault of their own. Originally from Tucson, AZ, she is passionate about helping the people in her community and volunteered for MADD and Arizonians for Children. Rayven is proud of her roots. She is the youngest of 3 siblings, the first person in her family to go to college, and the only attorney. When she’s not working, Rayven enjoys relaxing at home with family, coaching her nephew’s football team, or playing volleyball. Rayven is a huge football fan; her favorite team is the San Francisco 49ers.
