About Kyle

Kyle J. McGinn, a fourth-generation lawyer from Council Bluffs, Iowa, joined Hauptman, O’Brien, Wolf & Lathrop, P.C. in July 2022. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Creighton University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History, and with Distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2014. Prior to law practice, he worked for a Nebraska Senator in the U.S. Senate and maintains an active interest in politics. He is licensed in Nebraska, Iowa, and federal courts in both states. Kyle is a Board Member of Pottawattamie Arts, Culture & Entertainment (PACE) and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rated attorney (2017-2018, 2020-2024) and Super Lawyers Rising Star (2020-2023).
