Kyle W. Lakin is a Trial Lawyer at Tetzel Law and joined the firm in 2025. Prior to joining Tetzel Law, Kyle worked for many years as a paralegal, law clerk, and then attorney at a boutique law firm in greater Boston working on cases in various areas of civil litigation, including but not limited to; plaintiff first-party property damage and hurricane litigation, insurance defense, toxic tort and asbestos litigation, premises liability, plaintiff-side personal injury (motor vehicle, slip and fall, cyclist, etc.) and wrongful death, breach of contract/non-compete agreement, wrongful termination, wills and trusts, and probate matters. Upon admission to the Massachusetts Bar in November 2023, Kyle was an associate attorney at a reputable Boston law firm defending personal injury and wrongful death matters, primarily in the areas of asbestos litigation, toxic torts, and products liability. From Lexington MA, Kyle is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Boston and subsequently earned his Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law while working full-time and going to school at night. Away from work, Kyle enjoys playing golf, ice hockey, and spending summers on Cape Cod.
