About Kyle

Kyle Waldie earned his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and History from the University of California, Los Angeles and his Juris Doctor from Indiana University - Bloomington School of Law, which he attended on a merit scholarship. He began his legal career in 2010 and is licensed to practice law in California, Arizona, and Massachusetts. After more than 14 years as a defense attorney at well-respected downtown LA law firms, Kyle is well-versed in the tactics corporate defendants and insurance carriers use to limit or outright deny recovery for victims after an accident, injury, or other misfortune. Kyle uses this experience to fight voraciously against insurance companies and biased doctors hired by the defense so that Kyle’s clients can receive a verdict or settlement that will provide them and their families with the best possible future care and quality of life. While Kyle never takes a case to trial without first making an effort to show the insurance company and defense counsel the true extent of his client’s injuries, Kyle has successfully handled numerous jury and bench trials, as well as appellate cases in his career, showing he’s able to fight against any insurance carrier who refuses to do the right thing. When not fighting for his clients, Kyle is an avid sports fan who continues to play ice hockey. He also loves spending time with his wife, coaching his children in baseball, soccer, and gymnastics, while also playing with his two terriers - Penny and Belle.
