She earned her Juris Doctor from the Santa Clara University School of Law, class of 2016. Her journey with the firm began as a Case Manager, where she handled every facet of a client’s case, from initiating claims to coordinating crucial medical treatment. This firsthand experience equipped her with invaluable insights into the intricacies of managing cases from start to finish. Yan then worked her way up the ranks to Managing Attorney, where she applied her case management expertise to streamline the firm’s operations and enhance the efficiency of the case management process. Her commitment to operational excellence and client service quickly established her as a key leader within the firm. Today, as a Partner, Yan continues to be a passionate advocate for injured clients, whether it involves establishing liability or maximizing case value.
