Lance Wilson Turner received his J.D. in 1996 from Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law, graduating cum laude. He earned his B.A. in Government from Western Kentucky University in 1993, also cum laude. He was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1996, and also to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 6th Circuit in the same year.
