About Layla

Layla Zad is a Senior Associate Attorney at Palmer Rodak & Associates and a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law. She focuses her practice on family law, probate, personal injury, and civil litigation. Layla is a Certified Family Law Specialist recognized as an expert in family law by the California Board of Legal Specialization. Layla Zad is determined to give every client premium-level legal services. Before joining Palmer Rodak & Associates, Layla spent three years at the San Diego City Attorney’s Office, the Santa Barbara District Attorney’s Office, and the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office in the area of criminal law. Throughout her law school career, Layla also worked at the Northern California Innocence Project, providing valuable pro bono legal services to prisoners raising probable claims of actual innocence. Layla is fluent in French and Farsi. Before law school, she graduated Suma Cum Laude from California State University San Marcos, majoring in Political Science and French. Layla is an active member of the California Bar Association and in good standing.
