About Matt

Matthew (Matt) Coderre is an associate attorney at Palmer Rodak and Associates and a University of San Diego School of Law graduate. He focuses his practice on family law and military family matters. He also handles civil matters. Before joining Palmer Rodak and Associates, Matt spent 3 years as an associate attorney in family law and personal injury. Before that, he spent two years as a certified law clerk with the Veterans Legal Clinic, at USD School of Law, and at The North County Public Defender’s Office. From 2003 to 2007 Matt Coderre served in The United States Airforce. He participated in convoy security operations and supported Operation Iraqi Freedom during his service. Before law school, Matt graduated Suma Cum Laude from California State University San Marcos with a major in Political Science. In his free time, Matt likes staying active by surfing, snowboarding with his daughter, running with his dog Rigo, and splitting logs for his wood-burning stove. Matt is a lifelong North County Local, and is honored to practice law in his hometown!
