About Lindsay
Lindsay McGivern represents plaintiffs in medical negligence and birth injury litigation at Pacific Medical Law. Her primary focus is on infants injured at birth or within the first month of life. With experience on both plaintiff and defense sides of civil litigation, she brings a broad perspective to her cases. Lindsay received her Bachelor of Science from UBC and her Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University, where she won several awards. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
