About Lindsey

Lindsey McCain was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She earned her bachelor’s degree in History from Louisiana State University and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2020. While in law school, Lindsey participated in mock trial, led the Christian Legal Society, and interned for the Honorable Shelly Dick, Chief Judge, United States District Court Middle District of Louisiana. As an associate at Banks, Stubbs & McFarland, she practices primarily in criminal defense, taking a "clients, not cases" approach to representation, focusing on open communication and building trust.
