About Lita
Lita was born in Laos and migrated to the United States in 1999, where she was raised by family members in Des Moines, Iowa. She later moved to South Florida, where she met her husband and started their family. Years later, the family relocated to Colorado due to her husband’s job. Once her children became more independent, Lita re-entered the workforce. In 2018, she began her career in the personal injury field, gaining a solid foundation in Personal Injury Law. By 2022, she was working in the medical industry as a Personal Injury Case Manager. In 2024, she was offered a position at a growing law firm as a Senior Paralegal and decision-maker. Lita joined Dan Caplis Law in October of 2024. She has passion to help others and loves to provide support, guidance, and has the utmost respects to clients who are experiencing hardships due to their injuries. When Lita is not working or raising her family, she enjoys traveling, working out, spending time with friends and family, or just a cozy night at home with her husband.
