Louis I. Cole, Esq., is of Counsel for Song Law Firm, and his multifaceted legal experience spans the gamut of Business & Commercial Law, Contracts, Business Organizations, Real Estate Law, and Commercial Landlord /Tenant law. His legal career is extensive and he has amassed considerable experience representing large corporations, publicly traded companies and privately held corporations across sectors of finance, technology, healthcare, and manufacturing. No matter the intricacies involved in a case, with his broad knowledge and individual understanding of each client’s needs, Mr. Cole effectuates results for his clients and helps them reach informed decisions that support their best interests. Mr. Cole, a graduate of Baylor University School of Law, is admitted into the U.S. District Court of for the Northern District of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals in the 5th Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
