About Lydia
Prior to joining Yarborough Applegate, Lydia was a shareholder in one of South Carolina’s largest law firms, where her practice consisted primarily of commercial litigation, including class action litigation involving allegations of unfair pricing and unjust enrichment, commercial lease disputes and general commercial disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and unfair trade practices. In addition, Lydia’s practice included a significant amount of admiralty and appellate work. Lydia is a cum laude graduate of the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennesee and the University of South Carolina School of Law. After graduating from law school, for two years, Lydia served as a law clerk for Chief Justice Jean Toal on the South Carolina Supreme Court. During her tenure as a law clerk, Lydia also worked as a legal writing instructor at the University of South Carolina School of Law.
