About Madison

Attorney Madison Gibbs began her academic journey at the University of Tennessee before transferring to Georgia State University where she earned a bachelor's degree in business economics. She then went on to earn her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law, specializing in legal analytics and innovation. Madison is admitted to practice in all juvenile, state, recorders, municipal, and superior courts of Georgia. During law school, Ms. Gibbs spearheaded a research project analyzing death penalty case data spanning over twenty years to find patterns and discrepancies in Georgia's death penalty system. This project shed light on important issues within our criminal justice system and the need for meaningful criminal justice reform. Ms. Gibbs represented dozens of indigent defendants in Fulton County State Court during her final year of law school. She argued and won numerous motions and brought justice to her clients. She masterfully secured a "not guilty" verdict for her client in her very first jury trial. This early success highlighted her ability to effectively present complex legal arguments to a jury. Prior to joining our team, Ms. Gibbs worked as a workers' compensation attorney and defended injured employees wrongfully denied their rights. This experience honed her advocacy skills and commitment to helping aggrieved clients. Beyond her legal expertise, Ms. Gibbs is known for her compassionate approach to client representation. She understands that each case is unique and requires specialized attention. Her empathy and dedication to her clients' well-being ensure that she fights tirelessly for their rights and interests.
