Megan Jones is a seasoned litigator with over 15 years of experience representing hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, medical laboratories, insurers, and other healthcare providers in complex and high-stakes legal matters. Known for her stamina, strategic insight, and commanding courtroom presence, Megan is an engaging storyteller whose advocacy draws juries in and keeps them focused on the heart of the case. Her passion for defending her clients and her unwavering pursuit of truth and fairness are rooted in a lifelong appreciation for the law, instilled by her father and grandfather-both attorneys dedicated to justice. Since graduating cum laude from Cumberland School of Law in 2009, Megan has secured numerous summary judgments and taken cases to verdict in matters involving medical malpractice, insurance defense, employment disputes, transportation claims, general litigation, and workers’ compensation. She also provides risk management counseling, deposition and trial preparation, and regularly presents on emerging issues in professional negligence law. Megan is also a trusted mentor to young attorneys and students in the Cumberland School of Law Trial Program.
