Mark G. Chalpin is a seasoned attorney with over three decades of legal experience, specializing in legal malpractice and civil litigation in Maryland since establishing his own practice in 1997. He previously served as an attorney for federal agencies and a lobbyist. He earned his BA from Stanford University in 1977 and JD from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 1982. He holds a BV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is admitted to practice in Maryland, the U.S. District Court for Maryland, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
