Wes P. Henderson is the founding and managing member of Henderson Law, with over 20 years of legal experience. He is an experienced litigator representing both plaintiffs and defendants, focusing on legal malpractice, medical malpractice, automobile accidents, and slip and fall accidents within personal injury. He also defends clients sued for attorneys’ fees. He is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. District Courts for Maryland and D.C. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was a Semester Honors Recipient and CALI Award winner.
