Mark S. Peters has been a member of the Florida Bar since June 1981. He is also admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Supreme Court and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Peters’ law practice is focused on litigation. His primary practice areas are personal injury and family law. Mr. Peters also represents clients in commercial and business litigation. His personal injury cases include trucking accidents, automobile collisions, motorcycle accidents and medical malpractice. Mr. Peters is an Eagle member of the Florida Justice Association, a group dedicated to protecting the rights of injured people in court and in the legislative process, and a member of the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Peters has served as a chairperson of The Florida Bar Grievance Committee, Fee Arbitration Committee and Executive Board of the Brevard County Bar Association. He served as President Elect of the Brevard County Bar Association in 2013 - 2014, as President in 2014 - 2015, and is currently serving as President of the Vassar B. Carlton American Inns of Court. Mr. Peters has been recognized by his peers with the highest rating possible by Martindale Hubble with an AV rating. He has recently been invited to be a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a privilege offered to less than 1% of the attorneys in the United States.
