William M. Bailey practices in all areas of criminal defense at the trial court level including DWI, Drug Sale and Possession, Criminal Sexual Conduct, Vehicle Forfeiture, and Immigration. He has experience defending misdemeanor, gross misdemeanor, and felony cases throughout the state of Minnesota. Additionally, Mr. Bailey has experience handling appeals before the Minnesota Court of Appeals. He is licensed in Minnesota State Courts, the Federal District of North Dakota, and Immigration Courts nationwide. After obtaining his undergraduate degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, Matthew graduated from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota. While completing his law degree and undergraduate degree, Matthew worked as a law clerk at multiple law firms. When Matthew is not busy advocating for clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie, and their dog, Kona. He also spends his free time coaching and watching sports, biking, hiking, golfing, and enjoying the outdoors.
