Matthew R. Flynn is a partner at Savo, Schalk, Corsini, Warner, Gillespie, O’Grodnick & Fisher, specializing in land use and municipal law, as well as complex civil litigation. He serves as primary or alternate counsel for several land use boards and handles appellate practice, including prerogative writ actions and personal injury/tort claims defense. He was appointed special outside counsel for the Somerset County Board of Social Services in 2021. Mr. Flynn graduated cum laude and as part of the order of the coif from Rutgers Law School in 2019, receiving the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Medal of Excellence.
