About Melanie

Melanie Richard is originally from Moncton, New Brunswick. She completed her Juris Doctor at the Université de Moncton and was admitted to the Law Society of New Brunswick in June 2023. Before studying law, she completed a bachelor’s degree in Criminology, with a minor in Psychology from St. Thomas University. Melanie completed her articles at CLG Injury Law Group and started as an associate in June 2023. She likes to be challenged and this is part of the reason she decided on law as a career. As a fully bilingual lawyer, she offers her legal services in both French and English. Outside of work Melanie enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with their dog, Gunner.
