Michael Santschi has been an associate with Spesia & Taylor since 2016, focusing on municipal law, industrial and commercial real estate, and land use and development projects. He is also experienced in municipal litigation. He assists with the firm's representation of several Villages and Cities, including Bradley, Crete, Grant Park, Manhattan, Minooka, New Lenox, Rockdale, Crest Hill, and Kankakee. He has been involved in annexation, rezoning, and development, and has established and administered tax increment financing (TIF) districts and other special districts. He holds a J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law (2015), graduating Summa Cum Laude, and a B.A. from Ave Maria University (2012), graduating Magna Cum Laude. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and Will County Bar Association.
