Michael Acker has over 30 years of trial experience in personal injury litigation, with a significant focus on medical malpractice cases. He aims to hold the healthcare system accountable for preventable medical errors, which are a leading cause of death. Mike also represents clients harmed by negligence in nursing homes, automobile and trucking accidents, and commercial/retail settings. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and his law degree from Boston University School of Law. Mike achieved partnership early in his career at a prestigious insurance defense firm before dedicating his practice to helping the injured.
