Jonathan Butler is the partner in charge of Gordon & Partner’s nationwide Diminished Value practice, including its Supercarclaims.com division. He has over 27 years of experience as a trial lawyer in complex business and class action litigation in state and federal courts, handling a variety of business and commercial disputes. Jonathan also leads the firm’s Securities Litigation and Arbitration practice, representing investors in securities and investment-related matters and advising on regulatory enforcement. He has been recognized as a “Rising Star” for Securities Litigation by Super Lawyers Magazine and holds a 5.0 AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
