About Michael

Mike Lammers focuses his civil litigation practice on helping individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. He represents clients who have suffered injuries or had their legal rights violated. Mike understands how aggressively insurance companies work to deny valid claims, and he is committed to fighting on behalf of injury victims. As a seasoned trial lawyer, Mike is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation, including jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations. He believes the most effective way to hold wrongdoers accountable is by rigorously pursuing justice through the court system. Mike is not intimidated by complex cases or large corporate defendants. He co-founded Heimerl & Lammers and 612-INJURED to have the freedom to take on cases he truly believes in. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies from the University of Iowa and his Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis. He is also a military veteran who served in the U.S. Navy during the first Gulf War. Mike lives in Eden Prairie with his wife Katie and their two children. Outside the courtroom, he enjoys golfing, even though he admits his game needs work, and spending time with his family.
