About Scott
Attorney Scott Johnson joined the firm’s growing personal injury law practice in Fall 2023. Since 2014, Johnson has helped Minnesotans with a wide range of personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and falls, and workers’ compensation claims. Johnson understands that insurance companies are primarily concerned about their own bottom line and not the interests of the injured people they are obligated to assist. Scott perceives this as an injustice, and it is the primary motivation of his practice. Insurers must be held to their obligations. Johnson completed his undergraduate and law degrees at the University of South Dakota. After law school, Johnson moved to New Orleans, Louisiana, to work with those still suffering the effects of Hurricane Katrina. Johnson moved to the Twin Cities in 2011, to start a family and continue to grow his legal career. Scott Johnson resides in the Ericsson neighborhood of Minneapolis with his wife and son. They all love to travel and spend many summer weekends at a lake in Delhi, Iowa.
