Theron De Smet counsels clients in estate planning matters, including preparation of wills, trusts, and probate documents as well as guardianships and conservatorships and probate litigation. Theron’s experience includes litigation involving catastrophic personal injury and, wrongful death claims, as well as landlord/tenant disputes, collection matters and a wide variety of real estate matters. Theron has over ten years of experience in both state and federal courts litigating cases to successful conclusion. A native of Coeur d’Alene, Theron has deep ties to the community and enjoys all that the inland Northwest has to offer in outdoor recreation.
