About Michael

Michael Edwards earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Lamar University and his Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University. During law school, Michael gained valuable legal experience as a Judicial Extern. After graduation, he built a strong foundation in client advocacy through hands-on roles, including serving as a Case Management Paralegal. Throughout his career, Michael has demonstrated a commitment to serving vulnerable populations, working in roles such as a Staff Attorney at the Montgomery County Women’s Center, where he represented survivors of domestic violence in matters involving Protective Orders, Divorce, Custody, and Modifications. At the Aberdeen Law Firm, Michael specializes in family law, supporting clients as they navigate sensitive issues such as divorce, custody disputes, and protective orders.
