About Michael

Michael L. Baumberger (Mike) has represented individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil litigation cases over the past 20 years. He has tried cases in Kansas and Missouri state courts and successfully appealed cases in the Kansas Court of Appeals and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Kansas Wesleyan University in 1996 and graduated from Washburn University School of Law in 2001. Having secured a wealth of experience working for insurance companies, Mike joined Bull Attorneys, P.A. to return to his original passion of helping injured people who have been involved in large truck and semi accidents, motorcycle accidents, and car accidents. Additionally, he is skilled in cases involving other types of injury accidents that lead to human pain and suffering. Mike learned how to defend insurance companies which gives him unique insight into how insurance companies take advantage of injured people in their time of need.
