About Nicholas

Nick has been practicing law since returning home to Wichita in 2020. He discovered the fulfilling nature of fighting for the rights of those wronged by the carelessness of others at DeVaughn James in all stages of personal injury cases, from working against insurance companies towards fair settlements to providing a voice for his clients through litigation and at trial. Nick brings a uniquely personal experience to his clients where he combines his ability to truly understand what victims are experiencing and his technical and mechanical background to understand and prove how the circumstances of their injuries occurred. Since 2023, Nick has obtained over $1,000,000.00 in jury verdicts for his clients from jury trials, including two verdicts against multi-billion-dollar companies. Nick is licensed to practice law in Kansas State and Federal District Court.
