About Michael

Michael Pieknik is an attorney at Isaacs & Isaacs, with extensive trial experience in personal injury law. He earned his J.D. from Wayne State University and a degree from Michigan State University. Michael is admitted to practice in Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky, as well as federal courts. He spent over a decade as an insurance defense lawyer, rising to partner, before joining Isaacs & Isaacs to represent injured individuals. His practice areas include wrongful death, truck crashes, motorcycle wrecks, car accidents, medical malpractice, slip and falls, and dog bites. Michael is a graduate of the Gerry Spence Method and is a member of the State Bar of Indiana, State Bar of Michigan, Michigan Association for Justice, and Polish American Legal Society. He has successfully tried two cases in 2025.
