Mitchell has committed to staying ahead of emerging legal trends through his work on privacy, technology, AI, and intellectual property matters. Since joining Setliff Law, Mitchell has concentrated on business-related issues, representing clients in breach of contract matters, employment matters, and licensing issues.. He has effectively represented clients before administrative agencies on various licensing issues and has skillfully negotiated and drafted contracts and other business documents.
