About Ryan
With more than two decades of legal experience across West Virginia and Virginia, Mr. Keesee has built a diverse and accomplished practice spanning foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, consumer credit protection, title litigation, and general civil litigation. He began his career as a judicial law clerk for the Wyoming County Circuit Court and later served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in both Nicholas and Harrison Counties, where he gained invaluable courtroom experience prosecuting misdemeanor cases. From there, he transitioned into private practice, representing clients in criminal defense, family law, child advocacy, and civil matters. Over the years, Mr. Keesee has held multiple managing attorney roles, including leading the West Virginia offices of national firms, where he supervised and trained junior attorneys, advised clients on state-specific legal requirements, and oversaw complex caseloads involving foreclosure, bankruptcy, and title disputes. His practice has also included years of hands-on litigation experience in trial and appellate courts, as well as extensive work with electronic filing systems in both state and federal courts. Today, he continues to apply this broad foundation of litigation and management experience in serving clients with diligence, skill, and a practical understanding of their needs.
