Molly C. Casey

About Molly

Molly earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from New York University in 2006. She then worked in both houses of the New York State Legislature before attending Albany Law School of Union University, where she earned her J.D. in 2012. She entered private practice in 2013. Molly focuses her practice in the fields of medical malpractice, premises liability, municipal and correctional defense, and general liability. Molly is admitted to practice in New York State, The United States District Courts for the Northern, Western, and Southern Districts of New York, and the Second Federal Circuit. She is a Fellow of the New York State Bar Association, a board member of the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association, and a member of the Albany County Bar Association. She currently serves as the Treasurer for the Federal Court Bar Association, and as Chair of the Torts and Insurance Compensation Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. She frequently lectures for the New York State Bar Association and other organizations.
