About Mykola

Mykola Ishchuk, Esq. graduated from New York Collage of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law. His interest in Immigration Law stems from his experiences in his own upbringing as a first-generation immigrant and from witnessing how daunting and rewarding the immigration process can be. While attending the New England School of Law he focused his studies on obtaining an immigration concentration, with a focus on litigation practice to best represent his clients’ interests in adversarial proceeding. He has a passion for business and employment immigration rooted in his experiences working with exceptional individuals from immigrant backgrounds in artistic and entrepreneurial settings. He believes that those who excel in their fields of expertise should always be welcome in the United States because all Americans benefit from those talents. In his free time, he enjoys cycling thought the city and is always searching of a new coffee/tea shop to spend an afternoon reading.
