Nicholas A. Ziolkowski works in our Clinton office as a family law attorney, handling divorce, separation agreements, child custody, child support, spousal support, alimony, equitable distribution, domestic violence protection orders, name changes, termination of parental rights, and adoptions. He also handles juvenile delinquency, Department of Social Services matters, personal injury claims, and criminal district court. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Theatre from Wake Forest University and his law degree from Creighton University. While in law school, he clerked for Lustgarten & Roberts, a family law firm. After law school, he worked in civil and criminal law firms for almost a decade before opening his own firm. In 2015, he joined Silva, Kiernan & Associates. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
