Nicholas Bustamante is a skilled and passionate criminal defense attorney based in Phoenix, Arizona, focusing on appeals. A Phoenix native, he earned his undergraduate and master's degrees from Arizona State University and his law degree from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. He interned at the ACLU and Florence Immigrant Rights and Refugees Project, and clerked for the Capital Habeas Unit.
