
About Nicholas
Nicholas J. Waltman is a partner at Fredson Statmore Bitterman. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Nicholas worked for a full service law firm in Essex County and specialized in all areas of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. He has litigated cases throughout the entire State of New Jersey, and has vast experience with all types of personal injury claims. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the U.S. District Court District of New Jersey. He received his undergraduate degree from Monmouth University and attended law school at Seton Hall University School of Law. During his time in law school, Nicholas was a judicial intern for the Honorable Christopher Rafano and also was an intern for Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He was a Student Mentor and he authored Internet, Sports, and Gambling New Jersey’s Bermuda Triangle. He was awarded “best oral argument” in Appellate Advocacy. Since joining Fredson Statmore Bitterman, Nicholas has successfully handled a diverse portfolio of cases from inception through settlement and/or trial. He has successfully litigated cases throughout New Jersey and has vast courtroom experience. Every year since 2021, Nicholas has been elected to the New Jersey Super Lawyer Rising Stars* list, a listing of the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in New Jersey who are 40 or younger or have been practicing for less than 10 years.
